1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Relato application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, abusive, or harassing content.
• Impersonate others or provide false information.
• Engage in spamming or soliciting other users.
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights.

4. Safety & Verification

Relato requires mandatory face verification. You consent to the collection and processing of your biometric data (selfie and video) solely for verification purposes. This data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties for marketing.

5. Content Ownership

You retain rights to the content you post. However, you grant Relato a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App service.

6. Termination

Relato reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that endangers the community.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". Relato is not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the App.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
