Child Safety Standards

Relato is committed to maintaining a safe and secure community. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and the exploitation of minors.

1. Age Requirement

Relato is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We use mandatory identity and liveness verification to ensure that all users are of legal age. Any account found to be operated by a minor will be permanently banned immediately.

2. Prohibition of CSAE

The creation, distribution, or solicitation of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) material is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

Visual depictions of minors in sexual contexts.
Grooming behavior or solicitation of minors.
Promotion of child exploitation or trafficking.

3. Monitoring and Reporting

We use a combination of automated content filtering and manual moderation to detect and remove prohibited content. Users are encouraged to report any suspicious behavior or content immediately using the in-app reporting tools.

4. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

Relato complies with all relevant child safety laws. We report CSAM and child exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other regional or national law enforcement authorities as required by law.
